I let my baby cry!!!!

 Sometimes I just need a breath. When my baby cries sometimes I let her cry and continue what Im doing. Sometimes I like to use both my hands to get a task done and I can't do it while Im holding her. I know the bad mom police will comment, but I don't care next time Im cooking or eating or going to the bathroom....she will sit there and cry until Im done

I think things like eating is a bit ridiculous. I can't stand to here my son cry I want to comfort him and meet his needs. If your okay with your baby crying so be it. Just because I can't doesn't mean you can't. Do what works for you *shrugs*

Damn, really!?  You know they make things that you can wear your baby or things to entertain her while you're doing other things.  What if she were hurt?  I understand letting her cry for a minute to see if she'll stop or something like that, but letting her cry through your entire dinner is ridiculous.  I feel sorry for your baby.

How old is your baby.. my baby is 7 months almost 8 and cries when I set her down.. I can't get anything done! I've thought about trying the CIO method, but haven't been able to yet..

Not something I did but Im a softy and my child is probably spoiled rotten according to cafemom standards. 

You do what works for you! I would much rather read that you let her cry then you whooped her ass for crying!

Its OK. I did the same thing. I could always see him, he was never in any harm or danger. I didn't want to spoil him, and hold him 24/7. He is still the happiest lil guy ever! :)
