  I took out a bunch of payday loans and then closed my bank account and opened another one....judge away!

If you closed the accounts right after taking out the loans, that is a felony. I don't need to judge you for that, a real Judge will be doing that.

  I never wrote a check to them its an online payday, it will ruin my credit though :(
