You will never believe what my dh is going to do..

 There is a black woman (yes it's relevant) that he works with that he is going to file a discrimination complaint about.

 Every summer my dh shaves his head. Well he pissed her off at work the other day because she was not doing something right and he called her on it. So she started going on and on about how he is a racist skin head. *My dh is half Mexican but you can't tell* She said it in front of 5 other workers.

 This morning one of his imidite super visors told him that he needs to grow his hair out because they are worried about what he is trying to represent by having a shaved head. *He works in a factory that the temp (here in Texas, no less) easily gets above 120 even at night. He does this because it makes him a little cooler.

 This is a woman who tells all the other black people in their department, they need to stick together against the white people. My dh is not a racist and he is truly offend that she would be saying this about him.

 What would you do if you were him?

He needs to look into the handbook and see if there is a dress code or regulations on hair. He has to decide if it is worth possible repercussions.

Wow. I know what my Dh would do, he'd go to a barber shop and have them straight razor his head, lol. He does no do well with being told what he can and cannot do as a grown man. He's not a prisoner.
He would also file a formal complaint and probably consult a lawyer. That's actually part of what I love about him, he doesn't put up with stupid people's crap.
