My kids are overweight

I make sure they eat healthy and are active but at their dads he lets them eat whatever they want and they sit at home and watch tv and play video games. I'm worried about their weight. I don't like being the mean one who has to put them on diets and make them exercise when he gets to be the fun guy. It's not fair but I don't want them having weight problems.
