My dd and I were driving to the mall when we saw a car fly into the air and flip over! The speed limit on this road is 35mph! I pulled over and ran over to the car while my dd (6) stayed in our truck in her car seat. The woman had head trauma and was very confused and bleeding from her head. I got a blanket out of her car (lost my flip flops running over there so I had to walk barefoot in broken glass) and made her hold it to her head as I didn't have gloves and didn't want to touch her blood. Cops showed up within a couple minutes so I quietly left the scene. I'm a nurse and never tell anyone. They never taught me roadside emergency skills in nursing school. I just know to put pressure on it and do CPR if needed. What should I have done?
