So I agreed to babysit today so my friend could go get her a new truck. I told her I have plans at 4 this afternoon. Little did I know she was going 5 freaking hours away to get the damn truck. She didn't tell me til after she left where she was going to get it. I asked her several times this week where she was going to get it and she said she couldn't remember the name of the place.
Ugh I'm so freaking pissed!! Never again will I agree to do something like this!!!

She is pissed. This is how it went
Me: to be honest..I am pissed. You lied to and used me. You knew I had plans today with dd at 4. We have been talking about this all week and you failed to tell me where you were going to get this truck.
S: I didnt lie to you or use you. I did know you had plans. I figured you would take the kids with you and it would be no big deal.
Me: you figured I would take them with me? Wth? You should have said something. Today was suppose to time for dd to spend with me and her dad. But thats fine. I will take them with me you will pay me back for everything I buy for them including their way in. I will save the receipts and give them to you when I bring them home. On top of you paying me back when I get there I will also be expecting to get paid for the day. Since I will have them 10 hours today I am charging you $90. $30 for each kid.
S: 90? That's outrageous and you want paid back for the mud run? Fuck that.
Me: come get your kids tell me where to drop them off at if you don't want to pay that amount. Either way you will be paying me for my time. 10 hours is worth more then the 30 you probably wanted to give me.
S: why do I need to pay you back for YOU taking MY kids to the mud run? It's your trip you should pay.
Me: because you knew I had plans and still did this shit to me. You knew, they are your kids. It's only fair.
S: you are a bitch. You say you are my friend but then want to fuck me over like this? What the fuck is wrong with you? Don't ask me for shit again. You are fucking nuts dude if you think I'm paying all that. Your time ain't worth that much.
And I have yet to respond to her because I'm so pissed right now.

Sorry its been a while. My phone was dead.
I called her in laws to see if they would watch the kids until thief parents returned. I explained the story to them. They were highly pissed at their son and dil. They agreed to watch the kids until their parents returned. I then call my "friend" she hit the ignore button so I left a message explaining that I was taking her kids to her in laws. And told her she needed to call me. About 25 mins later I get a text from her bitching me out, calling me a worthless friend because I want her to pay 90 for watching her kids and paid back for taking her kids with me. If I was a true friend I wouldn't do that. Blah blah blah. I just replied to her that I was taking her kids to her in laws and that I'm done babysitting for her. I also sent the same text to her dh.
Her dh texted back that it was fine that I took the kids to his parents house. She replied telling me not to take them over there she would call the cops if she found out I did. So I called the police station and told them what was going. The officer I spoke with told me that was fine, and since dh said it was okay there is nothing they could do about it.

Well she texted me and asked and said she would pay me. I could really use the extra money right now. If I would have know all the details before hand I wouldn't have agreed to it.

She knew! I am one pissed off mama. I asked her how long she was going to be gone before I agreed to watch them because I had plans at 4. She replied with "oh I will be back in plenty of time" and now her story has changed.
