BRAIN GAMES

Ok ladies, What do you do to keep your brain sharp?

I need to figure out a way to get "smart" again. It's like, I've forgotten so much.

I graduated 11 ysr ago from HS and 7 yrs ago from college but I don't "use" my brain.

I love history and science and cannot believe the things that I have forgotten. My hardest subject was math. Everything else I loved.

So how do I get my brain or I should say memory back??

I feel so boring and old. lol

I play mahjong, solitaire, spider solitaire, and, as childish as it seems, timed seek-and-finds.

There are puzzle books out there. That's what I do. My grandma had Alzheimer's so I try to keep my brain and memory active.

How does that help you remember things like history and such. I love all the games you listed. I also like soduko.

Lol, I've been feeling kind of dumb lately too.  I like playing trivial pursuit with my sister but it's been a long time since we've done that.  I absolutely love trivia games.  And I like doing the Sunday crossword puzzle.  But again it's been awhile since I've made the time to sit down and do one.

It trains your mind to work faster, and repeats a set to test what you remember from time to time.

my grandmother had Alzheimers and I read that doing crosswords or things like that will keep your brain active.so every Friday I get a Womans World magazine that has a new puzzle in it so maybe try that ,also try Mahjong online but I warn you its addicting
