 I am approximately 218 lbs pp.

I have walked almost daily. I want to lose this weight lol. My first goal is to get to 200, then under 200.  My next goal will be 180, then 150. After that point I will be working toward the 125 ballpark:)

I am 5 ft 5 and 1/2

You can do it :) I'm trying to get to the 135 range :) I'm the same hight as you but 125 makes me look sick lol

This! I'm trying to get down to 250, and then to 180. I've recently gained 32.5lbs. I gain weight when I'm stressed. :-/
