Wwyd???? Cell phone bill

I have 3lines , I added an international service to which the tmobile person told me it was 14.00 for the service ALL 3lines included. Thats why I got it cause it was cheap!
Well o got my bill and each line is charged 14.00....WTF?!?!?!
Can they credit that amount or do I have to pay cause some dumbass customer service guy explained it wrong?

I would call the cpomany and explain what I was told. Tell  them you want either just one line or to cancel the international lines.

I worked for sprint customer service with the international dept. The only way we would give a credit is if there are notes supporting what he said or they listen to the call and hear what he told you.
