gnats and flies EVERYWHERE!!! HELP!!

Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of gnats and fruit flies? We have them so bad and we are super clean people so I'm not even sure why! its SUPER annoying! they will be all bunched up on things, and I can scrub and scrub and they will not leave my house! I dont know why! its so freaking annoying!!

Check any fruit or veggies you have.

Yuck. We've had an attack of gnats also. All of our food is closed, bagged, etc. Our kitchen is spotless..It's very frustrating. Maybe it's just your/our area?

Hate those things!! I'm so glad you wrote this so I know it's not just us! Wonder if pest control will spray for them like they do ants?

Keep veggies and fruits refrigerated when possible. When not possible, do not keep them after they become ripe.

Take out trash more often and keep trash in a closed can.

Keep windows closed.

Make sure food particles are not left in sink drains. This includes garbage disposals.

Prevent access to moisture.

Apple cider vinegar in a small saucer with saran wrap on top. Poke some holes in the saran wrap. Theyll crawl in, cant get out and eventually drown.

Pour bleach down the drains too. They lay their eggs in there.

For the Gnats get peppermint oil from GNC, get a spray bottle fill it with water add 5-6 drops and spray everywhere you see them!!! Fly strips for the flies
