Another red head?

I take dd to swim lessons, today was the start of the next class, there is another little girl with red hair and a similar colored bathing suit. One of the mom's I usually talk to informed me that I was cheering on the wrong kid today. Parent fail!

what is up with the sensitive skin! My dd will get bit by and ant and the thing swells to the size of a golf ball, then she itches the bejesus out of it, next thing you know eczema

Quoting wodntulk2kno1:

She is my only kid that face got red too sometimes it looked as if someone was slapping her cheeks then it would disappear. Usually it happened during naps. Weirdest thing. She is also the one who has the most sensitive skin. She has bumps on her arms and back since birth they dont bug her but we have tried everything and they never disappear.

Quoting Irenesmommy:

same here, unless she is mad, then they turn bright red

Quoting wodntulk2kno1:

I know I am jealous of my dds lips they are just perfect. Her eyebrows you have to get close up to see..lol

Quoting Irenesmommy:

yes! she has the most perfect lips, she will never need lipstick, eyebrows and lashes on the other hand will need some help LOL

Quoting wodntulk2kno1:

Do you notice with redheads their lips are so red in color then others? My dds lips are the second thing you notice and never chap.

Quoting wodntulk2kno1:

Lol..reminds me of mine!

Quoting Irenesmommy:

her at two, you don't want to tangle with that.

I dont know but benedryl was a life saver during summer months. It gets better as the age they realize they need to be careful. Lol and sunscreen mine knows not to forget it after she went to a pool party and forgot to put it on and ended up in the burn unit.

My dd is going to be 17 and I haven't had any problems. Nobody messes with her! But she is good, honor roll has tons of friends. She is just outspoken and can be mean, but she is silly.
