Not trying to bash, but what if your child hates that you made them baptize to a religion they didnt want to?

That isn't what the definition of "baptizing" says.

Giving a child to God, or promising to raise them in the church, is dedicating, not baptizing.

i do and both my babys will be getting baptized this year . Cant wait we are even making a big party for them . I am catholic and so will my babies .
