I'm so pissed. My husband came home with a used prepaid cellphone for my daughter and when I asked him where it came from he said from one of his friends for helping them out. When I looked through the phone I found out he lied...it came from this girl. It was her daughters who happens to be the same age as our daughter.He said they are just friends. I dont believe him I think they are more than that. So when I called him on it he said that he lied because he knew how I would react. I told him I was giving it back to her and he got pissed at me and said that Im always over reacting to stuff and I need to step back and leave it alone before I get my feelings hurt. When I asked him what does that mean he just ignored me and wouldnt answer. I feel like that is so disrespectful not just to me but to our daughter to give her something from someone he is messing with. What would you do..would you just leave it alone or would you give it back to her?

do this many people have a basic distrust of there spouses?

I would not be upset over the phone.. It would be the lie that pissed me off.

I feel they are more than friends because of all the phones calls and texts between them. And I can tell something isnt right between them he wont answer the phone when Im around if SHE calls. He WILL not introduce me to her I have met all of his other female friends.
