That there has been alot of talk lately about banning all sodas from restaurants (forgot which state)

Yet, there is still not a ban on restaurants allowing customers to leave and drive home when they have had too much to drink????? (In other words not enforcing designated drivers)

Every night every day of the week there are hundreds (maybe thousands) of drivers on the road that have had too much to drin.  Yet we're worried about soda?

Also, for the record, alcohol is loaded with calories too. If we are going to bad soda, we might as well ban alcohol too!!!!

Restaurants or bars?? Bc every restaurant around here has a max order of drinks per person. And bars can be held liable for over serving. They are supposed to stop serving a person clearly too intoxicated. Several bars here have been sued after a patron was involved in an accident after leaving their establishment. My SO is suing the bar that his drunk driver left as well as him.
