The philly post got me thinking:

Of all the places you've visited, what is your favorite and least favorite.

I travel quite a bit for work, so I've seen more of the country than I ever imagined. My favorite place is a tie. One is very close to home, Newport RI. The other is San Francisco.

Least favorite was Lewiston ID. For no other reason than there was a paper mill, and it smells awful all day, every day. It was very beautiful though.

I really had fun visiting Washington DC due to the history of it all. I'd NEVER live there though. I also love San Diego and San Francisco.

I do travel to Ohio to go to Cedar Point, but I think the town of Sandusky is a DUMP.

My favorite is Lihue, HI and my least favorite is Tacoma, WA.  Both places are beautiful, but Tacoma stinks so bad!

grew up in a few places ....I really loved Bellingham wa ....and the jury is still out on where i am not atlanta ....i miss dc also

I haven't come across a favorite yet. my list of most hated is rather long, though. lol
