Do you think it's fair for a military mom whose husband is deployed to compare herself to a single mother?
Not judging, just curious what others think.
The reason it confuses me is because part of being a single mom is having to rely on child support or having to support the child fully on your own. A man in the military does provide for his family financially even if he can't fully do it emotionally.
