ETA: Everyone keeps asking WHY she would want to swim topless?
From what I understood, the lack of a top helps speed swimmers to swim faster (which is what she's training to be).

Honestly, she obviously has very high confidence and having to lose her boobs to cancer doesn't affect her, i think its awesome. She is very brave to want to do this, imo!!
