Should be shot. Ok not really but I feel that way right now. One of my good friends just lost her baby in an accident with a drunk driver...it was his 5th!!! Time. Wtf. I think after one drunk driving ticket u should be jailed(at least 6 month) and fined $1500. If u do it again 3yrs jail. If u kill anyone you should get 20years min. What do you think would help?or be fair?

I think they should have to drive the cars that are in Japan I believe that make you do a breath test for drinking before it starts. Then the cant even pull that shit. But hen again until hat happens they should lose the license.

The driver got seven years...was out in less than five.

They just had a story here with that...some ahole made his gf blow it for him and he ran someone over.

I'm so sorry :( that is awful. To me they know they are drunk and choose to get behind the wheel...that is premeditated. I just gave my neice the book "night road" my kristin hannah...I think every sophmore should have to read that book.

That is soo sad :( I think he should be in jail for life I can maybe understand one not really but more then that your ass should just be locked up. or at least not have a liscense not that that stops people.

One of my cousins was killed by a drunk driver this past December, 2 days before Christmas. His wife had died a few years ago from breast cancer, so his children are orphans now. The woman who killed him is not going to serve any jail time. I agree with you. I have NO sympathy for drunk drivers!!!
