Sex After Baby? What's That??

There are so many reasons why a new mom might avoid having sex after giving birth: pain, tiredness, post-partum depression, being uncomfortable with the changes in her body. There are even some medical conditions common in new moms - with symptoms that mimic plain-old new mom exhaustion - that can affect libido, too.

Here's what you need to know about getting your mojo back and your groove on - including the person you should be having more sex with (hint - it's not your partner!). Watch for it at about 5:30 into the video.

What's your libido been like since having kids?

It was 8 months after my 3rd child before I had to FORCE myself to do it with my husband, and that's just cause I felt bad for him. I have absolutely NO desire...

I have majorly been affected. Took about 18 months to get it back after baby #1, almost a year with baby #2, and baby #3 is 8 months and its not quite back yet plus I hurt like hell and the pain just recently went away. Oh well, I rather just sleep anyways.

My hubby and I were like rabbits after I had my baby. I couldn't even wait the 6 weeks after. When I felt I was ready and it wouldn't hurt me (which was about 4 weeks after) I jumped his bones!
