I am not political in any sense. Can someone please explain Obamacare? The way I have read it sounds like it is requiring everyone to purchase health insurance. Pardon me for sounding stupid, but I just don't understand. Thanks ahead!

You need insurance if you can afford it you have to buy it or you will be fined over $600. If you can't afford it you can get help from the government because Obama cares lol. That's some of it here is a bump for more detailive info
