Any tutors on here?

I am thinking of starting a tutoring business. Not doing it myself, but matching tutors and students and taking a percentage of the hourly rate. I want to use certified teachers with criminal background checks, and I want to cover K to university, and esl, languages and learning disabilities. My biggest challenge right now is finding tutors...and figuring out how to not get ripped off by them. How should I set it up? Have the client pay the tutor and take my percentage? Have the client pay me and then I'll pay the tutor? Should I have them sign a contract so they don't take all their students and run? Any help and advice would be great! I'm trying to think of ways to work from home and think this might be it!

I'm a tutor, i tutor in Reading, Spelling, English, and Computer. i charge $5/hour, but i dont want to use my credit card online, its too risky for me, so i couldnt be on your site even though i woul love too. im 13, but mom lets me use her account. anyway, im 13 so of course i dont have a criminal background unless repaying my big brother counts. but if you could find a way i could get paid by tutoring on your site, im interested!

Also, i wouldnt rip you off, as that would look bad on my resume, and i would have client pay you and then you pay tutor. you gotta measure the pros and cons. and i wouldnt do contract. you may be thinking "what does she know, she's 13?" but i know alot, as i own 2 businesses. im experienced with tutoring and babysitting. Kids w/disabilities arent a prob, either.
