What's the least amount of salary your family has made in a year?

It doesn't matter if one or both of you work, what's the least amount your house hold has ever made in a year? My DH and I made only 10,000 for one year, and get this. We were on NO assistance what so ever. We were clearly elgible. We didn't really know anything about it at the time. Lol.Thankfully that was way before we started a family. We lived on our own, too, and we didn't even have electricity or hot water. We had neighbors who offered to hook an extension cord to us so we could have one light in the whole house to a little lamp and use a microwave, and we paid them some money monthly for it. We also lived off of ramen. It was awful.

The year I quit my job and the very next day dh got laid off I think we only grossed like 23,000 . Not fun considering we had just bought our house at the beginning of the year and a new to us truck since his broke down. It took us over a full year to get caught back up on bills. Our savings still hasn't recoverd.

like $50k? DH is an engineer. There was a few months where he got laid off and I delivered pizzas - we made about $1500 a month then (unemployment was so much). He was a great SAHD!

$12k and we also were on no assistance. We also had a family at the time and managed our own electricity...and other such things. Nor did we live off of Ramen noodles. It was awful, hard, and I would never want to go back there....but it is possible to make do on very little.
