My husband didn't listen to me when I told him to be frugal with our money and, as a result, we are broke until he gets paid next week. We would have over $100, if he hadn't decided to eat out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every chance he got.
So now, because of that, he wants ME to go pawn my laptop! It's freaking ridiculous. I've asked everyone I could to loan me some money.....I've tried to sale stuff too. But he's not done anything. So now I have to do without because HE can't manage the way he spends money.....
THIS is why I want a job of my own, 'cause I'm tired of being broke all the fucking time. But when I talk about getting a job, he gets all asshurt and offended, saying it's his job to provide for us. Then fucking do it and stop eating out every single fucking day.
UGH! I'm so fed up with this shit. I'm about to put his ass on a fucking allowence or get a fucking job anyway.

You all sure do assume a lot, don't you? I DO cook. I keep breakfast stuff in the house that is easy for on the go type of meals (he's not big on eating a huge breakfast) and I buy him stuff he can make at work for breakfast and lunch. He just decides to not eat it, 'cause all the other guys are going out to eat all the time.
We usually have plenty of money left over, even with his eating out. But this week, we are moving and had to pay out a little more than we usually do. And I said it was OVER $100.....so I could be talking $199 here...you just don't know.
No way would I be taking MY laptop in to pawn for HIS mistake. They probably wouldn't give you much for it anyway. Sure, I would be more than happy to go to the pawn shop, but you better believe it'd be a box of HIS stuff, not mine!
Tell him no. If you don't need the money for anything important then just suffer until payday.
Hell no I wouldn't pawn my lap top if it's his screw up!! Tell him if he wants to "bring home the bacon" then to man up and do it the right way!
