We went about 3 miles and he realized why o was uncomfortable he apologized a lot and instantly put the Windows up and air on
I'm actually getting a lot better with it I used to not be able to have the Windows down at all. Now in town is fine but I can't handle the highway yet

Even if his window is down its not blowing directly onto your neck...I'd understand if its ur window but HIS. Really?...... and if it was in town like you claim then he wasn't even going fast.....
I think you were just looking for an excuse to act that way. And he eventually apologized once he realized why you were acting like a lunatic. So I think you should re-edit your post and say "he remember and apologized so I guess shame on me for talking about my dh and saying he was an asshole for not remembering when he DID in fact remember just not in my time limit."
