Now I remember why I don't shop at the end of the month! If youy aren't on PA and want o be offend COME ON DOWN!
First, to everyone of you mother's out there on food stamps THANK YOU. Today's trip to the store reminded me of why I shop in the day time in the middle of the week. For those of you not on food stamps who feel entitled because you aren't here's a few pointers, because most of the women I see using food stamps follow these (so you should be able to too!):
1) This is very important! I'll wait while you go fetch your glasses *waits impatiently tapping her foot* Got em? Good. MAKE A LIST! I will say it again MAKE A LIST. Don't stand in front of the yogurt arguing with your significant other for 15 minutes about the flavor of Yoplait he likes. Find out in advance!
2) What ever text that is that you are reading or responding to? IT CAN WAIT. Other people are trying to SHOP stop being so rude. You are blocking the things others are trying to get to.
3) If you must bring all 5 or 6 of your children (I have 5 and an adult sd, so no its not a rant about the number of kids you have) into the store: WATCH THEM AND MAKE SURE THEY BEHAVE! On the rare occasion that I take ALL of my kids into a store they darn sure behave or are disciplined accordingly. No, the empty shelf in the water aisle is not a place for your 12 year old son to lay down and take a nap while you talk to your psychic for 30 minutes.
Ladies, I hate to burst your bubble, but a good bit of you who are not on FS act WORSE than anyone I've ever seen that has FS! You are not all that and a bag of chips, you are not the cat's pajama's, and your excrement doesn't smell like roses. Having money obviously does not buy manners.
Again, to all of you mother's both working and stay at home who use food stamps, kudos to you for planning your shopping trips and having children that actually listen.
Rant over, have at it girls, got my big girl panties on and my insult proof helmet ;)
