Fruits, veggies, meat, dairy...pretty much things the are on the outside shelves of the grocery store. Most processed foods are on the inside shelves.

Those foods aren't gourmet - they are prepackaged garbage. You're confusing gourmet with the term "brand name". Gourmet foods are foods of the highest quality and flavor and those brands you named are not the highest quality or flavor.
