Would you let your 16 year old stay the night with a boy?

Its not as black and white as it sounds in the title. We are going camping in Augusut and my daughter asked if she could bring her best friend. We will all be in the same camper. Should I allow it? I am very confident in the fact that they are nothing more than just friends. They have been best friends for a while and he is very much like a brother to her. He looks out for her but at the same time he annoys her quite often lol. 

So how should I go about this?

My brother in law allowed his oldest dd to have a boy stay the night at age 16. He is now a grandpa at the age of 36. Good luck
