HELP ME!! CPS IS THREATENING TO TAKE MY BABY!

My life has been in a downward sprial for the last 4 months.
My late DH was a police officer. He was killed in the line of duty by a long pursued fugitive. The fugitive died too..or so I thought. Now I don't know what to believe!
My son Andy really, really wanted this doll for his birthday. I could not afford a new one, so I bought him one from a back alley vendor.
I had to work late one night so my friend Maggie offered to babysit Andy for me. I get home, and there are cops everywhere!!
Maggie was dead!! Pushed through a window!! We cannot figure out what all happened..but Andy says his doll did it!
Andy is really sticking to his story. The cops have not found any other fingerprints, etc in my home. Nothing.
Strange things have been happening too..footsteps, things being moved..Andy insists his doll did it!!
CPS is investigating me now..the cops think Andy killed Maggie! Andy will not relent that his doll did it..He says his doll is really the fugitive who killed my DH!! Andy says the doll talks to him and tells him things, like his real name, etc.
Andy is only 6 years old..he cannot be making this up..plus I have never told him the name of the person who killed DH so how does he know??
What would you do???? I am so afraid of losing my baby..I don't think Andy killed Maggie but a doll? Dolls don't kill people either!!
