Mom Confessions Mom Confessions

You ladies have no idea how lucky you are

to be able to take a shower without wrapping a body part in plastic wrap and trash bags :(

I had a vein rupture 2 1/2 months ago and had surgery 2 weeks ago and since the rupture 2 1/2 months ago I've had to wrap the compression wrap on my leg in plastic wrap and cover with a trash bag to keep it dry. Don't lie, I know you are laughing your asses off but it sucks :( Just thought I'd share.

If you ever have to wrap a cast again, press and seal is awesome! Just doesn't keep the compression wraps completely dry because it doesn't stick as tightly to it as it does a cast so I have to reinforce with trash bags :(

I'm not laughing. I don't think it's funny, it sounds like it just plain sucks. How long will you have to do that?

I'm sorry. I broke several bones as a kid so I've been there.
