My "neighbor" technically doesn't live in her house. She lives with her boyfriend. Her dogs, however still live there. We've told her and told her they are a problem. They get into the garbage and have attacked my little house dog once. Another time my girls said they weren't sure but think the dogs were coming after them (the girls didn't stick around to find out) Anyway today I let my little dog out and it happened again right in my yard and we were unable to save our little dog. So the day before my dd's birthday, she had to say goodbye to her beloved pet. I feel so terrible and angry too. Worst part is out here in the country the law just turnes their head if your last name is right. Sucks. Our poor little Frankie is gone...

I normally wouldn't condone this but something has got to be done about those dogs. At the very least have a weapon ready in case they attack again, especially since a little kid could easily be next. I think at this point you'd get in trouble for just shooting them though. You should report this even if you don't think they'll do anything about it; at least then it's on record and you're less likely to get in trouble if you are forced to kill them.

There's not really any sort of animal control around here. The law is it.... And thank you.
Quoting Anonymous:Have you ever called animal control? Sorry about your dog.

I would trap them and take them to the next county over and drop them off at the pound.
