I am pregnant by my older bf and his kids aren't happy

I am 27 and my bf is 43. His oldest child is 25 and his youngest is 16. He has 7 grandchildren. This wasn't planned but it just happened. His older daughters are making remarks like that baby will have nieces and nephews older than it and that their dad is crazy and we should terminate or give it up for adoption. This is my 2nd child and his 5th. I am happy and so is he. Why can't they be happy for us? How would you feel if you had a new sibling in your 20s? I know it's weird but they don't need to be mean.

I personally would be upset because I'm going through it now and if God forbid if she gets pregnant I would not be mean to her at all or treat her child any differently thats just mean

all of df's kids are super excited that we are pregnant again. so I am not really any help. but everyone in my family is like this. My uncles are 18 and 13. my aunt is 2 months younger than me. My son is 2 years older than his newest aunt. normalcy to me

I would be mad if my dad was having children with a woman that close to my age. However, you are both adults & can do what you want. Congrats actually. I still think his kids have every right to be irritated but he should insist they keep it to themselves.

My dad is 53 and his little sister is 27...which means I am 26 and my aunt and I are 11 months apart. We are the best of friends!! They are mad right now, but I am sure they will get over it. If you guys are both happy, that is all that matters. Good luck to you and your family!!

How long have you been together?  If my dad had done that Id be freaked out.  At least if he married you first they would know it was a possibility.  My dad had plenty of little fuck bunnies as he is a wealthy guy and it comes with the territory.  I assume they will be gone before I have to bother to learn a name.

His daughter treats her kids like shit too. She has 3 and her 2 year old wanted her to carry him and she kicked him and knocked him down then she said her kids needed to stop acting like ret**rds.

I can see where it would be weird.. But hell I would love another sibling :) My SO is 38 and I am 25.. But we dont have kids together - one day hopefully :) Congrats mama!!
