Sex and IV drug use are not the only ways people get HIV.

People get it from mothers who are HIV.

Doctors who are HIV + if they are not careful.

Blood transfusions.

There are all kinds of ways.

My wife's uncle has aids. He has been lucky, he contracted it in the 80s and is still going.

It is not the death sentence it used to be with careful monitoring and meds.My stepfather got it in '81,or that is when he was diagnosed.

No I don't have it. Everyone should get tested thou because 1/5 of the people with HIV do not know they have it.

No I do not. I have been tested numerous times. I have been raped a total of 4 times. Thankfully, none of the guys had HIV or any other diseases, and thankfully, I never got pregnant! I have also been tested each time I got pregnant, as that is one of the 'standard' tests they perform on pregnant women.
