i need to drop 100lbs fast! any idea? im still breast feeding so i need to do it healthy. any ideas???
drink only water (working on giving up crystal lite lol)
drinking hot tea with a tsp on coconut oil in it 3 times a day
small breakfast (i normally skip this meal)
slimfast for lunch
watch portions at dinner
eat more veggies and fruit
walk daily for an hour (i want to do this twice a day but am starting with one)
breastfeed as much as possible for as long as possible
i know its about live changes and it will take time
my goal is 50lbs in the first 6 months but really anything will be ok
i hope that i can get brave and post some pics soon and you can see some important
