She states, "Why fix something that's not broken?" yet her breasts weigh 85 lbs!

Would you reduce?

I did a year ago at a size K, I know how big I was - my boobs hung low and wobbled to and fro - I cannot fathom life at that size.

I would want a reduction but I would want to lose weight first. She is obese. I'm 20 lbs overweight and am leaning towards a reduction when I lose it, I'm a 32/34F.
