I want to lose 22 pounds in 46 days. We are going on vacation and I desperately want to be under 200 pounds. I started at 256 (pregnant) and now weigh 209. I want to be at 187 by the time we go on vacation. I'm trying hard and doing well as it is.
Just to clarify. I have already lost almost 50 pounds but have been at a standstill for a while now. I am breastfeeding and eat between 1500-1700 calories.
