Ok, say a woman and man get married, have kids, are doing good money wise (no pa, have a good savings), dad is the primary money maker. Then, they get divorced. dad is ordered to pay child support , but doesn't. The mom could support her kids with no pa if she had the child support, but since she doesn't, she needs pa. Is she still in the wrong for getting pa?
And who would be the drain on the government, the mom or the dad?
And this isn't me, but I know someone who is in this type of situation.
