weight loss

*Bumping for anyone else that wants any info in here*The post I made in the other group isn't getting much attention. I'm already working out and eating healthier, but I was wondering if anything worked for anyone to help make the weight loss quicker. Safely though.

I'll have to get creative with that. We don't have any weights, and don't have money to get any or a gym membership.

Ahh. Yes. I use to workout in my house too. Try do lunges and squats. (great for you!! But they suck! Lol. They hurt so bad! Lol.) and once you get that all down, start walking lunges. Anytime you walk through the house do lunges on your way. And do push ups! I do them off the table or couch right now because I'm still not quite strong enough to do it straight from the floor. Use free weights when you use the videos. :)

I've got sliced almonds, and I've never tried avocados so I'll have to get some.

Definitely need to eat more meals. Eat a big breakfast. Hard boiled egg white. Some fruit. Cereal or oatmeal. Eat healthy snacks. And your lunch and dinner portions should get smaller as the day goes on. Be sure not to eat too late because that will slow down weight loss. If you eat a snack before you go to bed (or shortly before) make sure it's something light and healthy. Like sliced apple or something of that nature. :)

Just make sure to have a balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. Fats are essential to digesting carbs. They slow down the digestion and keep your blood sugar from spiking. Make sure they are good carbs. Fruits and veggies. No flour or breads.

I do a 40/30/30 lifestyle. 40% carbs 30% protein 30% fats

Also. Eating just a salad is not good. What do you put in it for protein?

And you should eat carbs before you workout and protein after. :)
