ETA: He fell of the bed. I panicked but he was fine.

Yes, they have rolled off of my bed before.  It happens when you least expect it to.

 Yes! She rolled off of me while we were sitting on the couch. I freaked out and called her doctor. It was my first child. :)

Yea they've fallen off all of the above. I was so scared. But they were fine.

All of the above! DD was full on walking before 10mo. But the worst was she rolled off the couch at 2 WEEKS. I caught her by her foot before she hit the floor, but I was totally freaked out. I did not think that it was even possible for a 2 week old to roll over.

Yep. I laid my youngest son on the bed to go get something. My older son who was 3 1/2 started jumping on the bed and I hear a thump and a wail. He knocked him off the bed. Luckily he was ok. He was 3 months old. I never made that mistake again.
