I appreciate all the people who offered help to me.  I made this post after seeing others say they need help and others bash them.  I am good.  We are in a position to help others.  It restores my faith in humanity with all the messages I got.  Good to know so many people would help if I fell on hard times.

If someone in San Antonio needs help...I am ready, willing, and able.

If I could afford it then yes absolutely and if they needed it and not just wanted $ .
My brother and his gf have 3 kids and are always asking for food after they've sold thier stamps and spent his check on absolute junk. I refuse to give them money or even take them food so I will take the kids to eat or take only the kids something and watch while its eaten.

Yup and I've done it before. Had a young girl get kicked out of her house. She spent all of her money on her new apt and had no extra for anything else. I had just went to Costco so I packed up some boxes of food, diapers, TP, towels, cleaners, soap, I had some old household stuff I had not taken to the goodwill yet and and gave it all to her.

If I had enough to do so, then without a second thought hell yes I would!

If not, but I could stretch our meals then I would invite them to dinner.
