My husband takes all of the kids out for an hour every night and I workout to relieve stress and clear my head. I find that I'm a much calmer person if I workout every night.

I grab chocolate lol. When my daughter gets to be to much ( usualy when she is over tired, she is ten months) I put her in her high chair feed her then lay down with her till she crashes. I then procede to grab a bar of chocolate and my sewing supplies or I bake ;)

Let me guess, only 1 child at the pet rock stage?

Quoting Anonymous:

I have never felt this way.

I am not claiming to be super mom or anything. I just have never felt this way as a mother. I don't know if it is my outlook or just my nature.

What does it feel like for you when the kids are "too much?"

What things trigger this for you?

Yea seriously the nut house sounds really good when you're about to lose your mind taking care of 5 kids lol (4 step and 1 mine)

Quoting Anonymous:

I have 3 kids under the age of 3...when all 3 of them are whining or crying I literally want to run out my front door to the nearest nut house.

yoga/pilates, a walk outside, swim a couple laps, hot shower/bathor sauna, aromatherapy/spa day, shopping, and sometimes just a good luxurious nap in a dark and quiet room.

Anxiety and panic attacks. I went to the ER one day with a panic attack and they prescribed me Xanax.

Quoting Anonymous:

How do you go about getting prescribed Xanax? I mean what symptoms do you have to have ams tell your Dr for them to prescribe it if its needed?

Quoting CreziaMommyTo2:

If I can't get away, meaning y ILs aren't around or my DH is at work, I pop a Xanax. Instant relief and I'm in a better mood

Drink a cup of hot tea.

Take a hot shower.

Lock the door to my bedroom, turn on the radio, and scream into my pillow. (Best 20 seconds of my day sometimes...)
