Because i have a HARD time understanding my boyfriends logic on our situation.
The fight has been off and on for a month or so now. He wants to take our DD to a 'minimum security' federal medical prison to visit his father, her grandfather, this is his dads first biological grandchild, my boyfriends sister is unable to have kids, so this will also be his last, unless we decide to have more, which we aren't anytime soon.
I stand firm with NO, absolutly not, she is going to be 11 months old she does not need to be in a crowded room with 40-50 other people packed like sardines so your father can hold her and see her, he gets out in four years.
It is not her fault or my fault that his father made mistakes and had to go to jail for 8 years. His father KNEW what he was doing, he KNEW if he got caught he would go to jail, so he KNEW that if he went to jail he would be missing out on things like this.
So for anyone with a parent (mom or dad, hell even a brother or sister) in jail do you bring your children and why or why not?
