Why should I cover your shift?

Every shift you have you are "sick". It's either a cold, cramps, pains here, flu, food poisoning, whatever else. This is the third time in UNDER two months you've asked me to cover for you. I asked you to cover my shift once so I could take my son to the er because he had a fever of over 100 for three days, so why should I cover your shift?
