DH spanked our 3 month old...**UPDATE**

For crying. DS was upset for some reason (turned out to be really bad gas) and my DH was trying to calm him. But he got so frustrated with DS that he spanked him.
I turned and yelled to him,"that didn't help anything! You only made him cry harder."
DH said that DS needs to learn to be quiet when we are frustrated.
He is only 3 months old! WTF!!

**Update**
I called CPS and they are on their way to help. I'm staying at my parents house with DS for now.
An no.. This is not a troll. This is real life. I will update more as I know more.

What your husband did is child abuse.  He obviously has no idea how to handle small children.  I would seperate from him before he does something worse.  What's he going to do when your child is a toddler and is hitting, biting, or talking back?

Oh my gosh. I feel you. My man did the same shit when our son was like 5 months or 7. I don't remember. It pissed me the fuck out that I cried. To this day I still can't forget the face my son had...he was scared. Like wtf? he's little....! My son is 2 now and he still does the same thing....of course our son is bigger to understand but I wasn't raised like that so I don't like how he wants to spank him for everything. :(

I would NEVER let him hold or be alone with my child again... and yes I said MY child, because the second my husband laid his hand on our INFANT he would become a nonperson in my home. 

And he'd be taking a parenting class if he ever wanted to get back in my good graces
