I feel a manic phase coming on. I recognize my changes in thought process. I recognize that rock star, invinsible, assertive person.

I've been keeping track of these cycles of years... By journaling.

I haven't had a depressive slip since Feb.

But my manic cycles are coming more and more frequent. I've been cycling at three weeks now. When I first started journaling, it was more like 8wks. That's been several years now. They're lasting for about four days at a time.

The weeks in between, I'm just sort of normal.
Blah!

I'm sorry.  I know all too well how that feels.  Here's hoping it passes quickly.

Hang in there. I notice I cycle more manic than depressive as well. I have been fighting manic this weekend. I feel like jumping out of my skin.

***as I take my meds***

Thanks for the reminder. I have been feeling it too, and it's almost a welcome relief from the depressive cycles I've been in... but not really.
