Feels like somebody is ripping out my stomach.. (May be TMI)
Well I am lactose-intolerant and I sometimes have a bowl of cereal with milk for breakfast and I can handle it fine. It will just make me burp a bit throughout the day. Well this morning I had cereal and for lunch I had pizza. I didn't even think about it until after I was finished.. Well now I'm experiencing the effects from it.. I have horrible stomach pain and gas. I already used the bathroom and I still have the pain. I usually will take gas pills and that will help, but I have no idea where I put them last.. What are some home remedies for gas? Sorry if it's TMI ladies.
