please add these companies to your list of places to never go to/ products to never buy again!!  All but 3 or 4 of these are on HRC's website as being anti-gay rights, either through donations, actions, or policies.  I'm currently working on something for another reason, and will post again when it's done... it'll have plenty of details.  But bottom line.... stay away from these if you're staying away from awesome chicken and trying to do the same thing you're claiming they are doing.  :)

Oh and by the way, these are just the companies that are anti-gay in a way.  This does not include the list of companies that are sexist, racist, negligent of animal rights, blatantly disregard the fact that they get their supplies by use of slaves, or knowingly promote human trafficking.  Where do you draw the line??  Are you going to stop dealing with all these places?

Tom actually was the founder OF Domino's pizza, he is a complete left wing nut, and left the company to go run some convent. Your article doesn't have a date either, as I said Tom has nothing to do with Domino's anymore, he quit working for them in 99' which was how many years ago? 13...

Quoting mrsdic:

This is just one thing I found, there's more though, this is from early this year.

Domino’s Pizza: While Domino’s does not directly
contribute to anti-gay activity, founder Tom Monaghan has contributed
heavily to initiatives and organizations that oppose the rights of
GLBTs. He is a co-founder of the Thomas More Law Center, which is
advocating in court to restrict access to domestic partner benefits, and
in 2001 financed a ballot proposal in Ypsilanti, MI to remove sexual
orientation from that city’s non-discrimination ordinance. David
Brandon, the current board chair, also opposes gay marriage. The current
CEO, Patrick Doyle, donates to conservative and Republican causes which
are known for their anti-gay stances.

Quoting AJB163:

Can you pull up the information for Domino's pizza? I mean, being as you know all about it.... I'm not part of this whole dramatic ordeal, I am for gay rights... But my husband and I own a Domino's pizza and haven't heard a thing about Domino's pizza being against gay rights....

Quoting mrsdic:

Really wanna know if people are planning to stop dealing with these brands too.

confused

I have no problem avoiding all of those companies but I will research myself. Boy scouts has been crossed off my list as well. Bru/tru is way over priced anyways. I will look into domino's. I like them, but I have been wanting to go local anyways.

Companies that don't believe in equality don't deserve my business.

I said the ACT of making accusations is tacky. I never said YOU ARE TACKY. It would really help you out if you read everything through before making an accusation. As far as accomplishments are concerned, you certainly  make my point by repeating your mistakes.

Quoting mrsdic:

I know that.  I'm not boycotting any of these places.  And no, I really am not aware of anyone that naive to think that Wikipedia is a reliable souce.  Like I said very early on in the post, Target probably did not belong on the list.  But thank you for calling me tacky.... it certainly accomplished a lot lol.

Quoting ILoveAsherAthan:

I would just like to say that there are bigger issues than what companies choose to support. I love Target and Chick-Fil-A. I don't care what they do with their money, because last time I checked, it was theirs. If anyone chooses to boycott... cool. When I saw the news, 48% of poll voters said they would eat there more. I think this whole "controversy" just did the opposite of "boycott." I've got a son to take care of and Target takes care of all of his styling needs and Chick-Fil-A is just too delicious. And most of those companies listed do more good than bad. It's all opinion. And this was so yesterday. Oh.... you didn't get your info from wikipedia did you? Because that's all opinion too. Target is pro-gay. Get your facts straight before making accusations. It's just... tacky.
