Looking good.... FOR HIM

DH and I went to a marriage seminar together. We really enjoyed it and learned a lot. One thing that stood out to me is that the female speaker said:

"Regardless of what you have going on, how you feel, it is your job and responsibility to always look for your husband (S/O). Maintain your weight, dress nicely, do your hair and make up. Whatever you do to look good, always do it for him"

What are your thoughts?? Do you look good for him or for you? What do you do to look and feel pretty?

I agree with her. I always try to look pretty when I know my husband is on his way home. :)

I think that when you are doing something to your appearance, it should always be for you, never for another person.

I am human with feelings and good days or bad days. I shouldn't feel like I have to "look good" every single day. Thankfully my dh agrees.

Dh prefers me in shorts and a t-shirt ins nd my hair down. Lol
I usually wear it up though
I do get dressed up nicely when We go out anywhere though

I agree, I think if you look good, you feel good. Whether it be for him or for yourself. I also think it goes both ways too.
