Ok we are looking to rent and it's so difficult! These are our 3 options.

1st

Cheapest option but smallest and not located near the water.

I would go with number 1 or number 3. They are the nicest looking.

I would pick the first one because it is a one story. I'm frugal and like the idea of a lower electric bill.

Quoting KairisMama:

What are the prices. How are the schools? How close are you to shopping? How are the neighborhoods? All of that factors into my decision.

First one is 1450, 2nd option is 2000, and last option is 2200.

The schools are wonderful...same school applies to each of the houses. The 1st one is farthest from shopping, the 3rd one is very very close. Like walking distance to the town. All neighborhoods are good.

3rd. With two teen boys, you need as much space as you can get!

Are you looking to buy or looking to rent (you mentioned both).  All three places are nice.  If you're looking to rent, I'd go with the cheapest to save money.  If you're looking to buy, I'd go with the waterfront if the schools are nice.
