Family Drama!!!!

So me and my fiance have been friends over 9 years before we starting dating! We dated 3 years and decided to get engaged two months after i found out that i was pregnant. Everyone was excited and so happy. Im now 4 months pregnant and starting to pick out names because next week i find out the sex of the baby. This is when the drama starts. My Mother wants the baby to have my last name and my fiance wants the baby to have his. Even though we arent married yet i still want his first child to have his last name.. My mom completely is against this.. What should i do?

Tell your mom, the baby will have his dad's last name. Unless you plan on calling off the wedding, it'd be silly to change your name on your wedding day and have a child with your maiden name.

This is HIS child too and deserves to have his/her fathers last name! Your mother has no right to put her two cents in where it doesnt belong. DON'T let your mother stress you out over this.
