I saw the other woman today

I am a full time nanny and a few months back I got an email from my boss telling me she was divorcing her husband because he had an affair.
The father is now dating the other woman and she also has children. The kids I watch talk about the other kids so I know their names along with the parents names. I've never seen the woman or the kids.
Well flash forward to today and I walk into a fast food resturant and see a women with her mother and her kids sitting at a table. I go about my business but end up sitting close to them and I hear the mother mention the kids names and immediatly I perk up and start eavesdropping. She calls the kids by their names a few more times and her mother calls her by her name a couple of times as well. Then they mention the kids I watch.
I'm not sure the lady knows what I look like, I know she has to know about me and probably knows my name but when they got up to leave she smiled at me.
I will say its surprising in a city of 100,000 people that I'd run into them but what's more surprising is the lady is ugly. Nothing like my boss at all.
So a small question, should I mention to my boss I saw her today or just keep that to myself?

I mean you know you're boss better than we do. Do you guys chat like friends ? Strictly business ? Do you gossip with her ?
Is she still hurt from the whole thing ? Over it ? Hates the b!tch ?
Those are all factors. If my boss was my friend, we gossip-ed, and I know she'd be like "omg you saw her ! What did she look like?" Type, then i'd say I saw her, otherwise keep it to myself.

She is over it, and I know she knows what the lady looks like. We semi gossip but nothing too major.
